Payment can be made by Bank transfer, Paypal, Cheque, or cash ( on collection or personal delivery can be made with larger items )
All items must be paid for in full before delivery or upon collection.
Occasionally we cannot get the correct permit to allow us to send an item overseas - if this happens then the payment will be refunded less 10% admin cost - N.B. - this does not include the client being unable to obtain import permits
We do offer monthly payment schemes if required - items can be collected / delivered after payment is received in full.
If a client fails to pay the balance in the agreed time or pulls out of any deal part way through we will issue a refund less 40% admin / bank cost. ( This does not apply for special item orders ( ie - If we buy an item in specifically for a client as a special order - Not a stock item. )
No refund will be given if a client backs out of a special order item.
If an item is ordered on a monthly payment plan, it cannot be exchanged for a newly listed item.
Once the full balance of payment is received on an item we cannot offer any refund if the buyer then decides they do not want the item, but we do give the option to retail the item back through our website - less admin and handling fees ( to be discussed )

We despatch most items within 2 -3 days of ordering within the UK
Shipping within the UK is sent via Parcel Force 24hr delivery service, or Special Delivery, next day before 1.00pm.
Items being shipped to the E.U. will be sent with Pack & Send when both export & import permits are in place, and will normally be received within 7 - 10 working days from despatch.
Worldwide shipping times and oversized items do vary considerbly, depending on customs clearence etc.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay / damage or loss in shipping but will provide tracking numbers etc if items are held up.
We don,t insure items unless requested to do so by yourself, if an item is not insured and is lost in transit we will not be held responsible.
If you are outside the U.K. please email me first to see if an item can be sent to you, there are a lot of restrictions with Appendix 1 Annex A specimens and any relevant permits & certifcates need to be obtained before i can ship.
The permits can take up to 6 weeks to be issued by UK CITES.
Please check with your own countries customs laws to determine whether you require an import permit.
Once an item has been shipped with all relevent CITES paperwork it is then the responsiblity of the buyer to follow up on any CITES complications that may arise.
We do not offer any returns or refunds unless the goods are not as described,Once the item is paid for it is then the property of the buyer and sold as seen.
You can request additional photos of any of my items or arrange to view the item in my studio, ( please mail or ring first to avoid disappoint , we are open by appointment only.
